One of my absolute favorite YL blends is PanAway®. PanAway® was developed by D. Gary Young and has a stimulating aroma (a combination of Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Clove, and Peppermint essential oils). My sister applies PanAway® about 15 minutes prior to her workout to help her run without as much irritation.
